Services

Design, front-end and backend — from one team.

Seven disciplines we work in, from research through to the API. Most engagements combine three or four; we scope to the problem rather than to a package.

Web & mobile development

Software your own team can change without booking a developer.

No static brochure builds. Every client gets a proper control panel and edits their own content, pages and settings without going through us. Web and mobile share one design system and one backend, so the two cannot drift into separate products that happen to carry the same logo.

What you get

  • Custom UI/UX design
  • Dynamic content management
  • Cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android)
  • API-first architecture
  • Multi-language support
  • Admin control panel

E-commerce solutions

Single-vendor store through to multi-vendor marketplace.

Payment, delivery and order management wired into one flow rather than bolted together afterwards. Customers rarely abandon a checkout because of the checkout. They abandon it at the gateway that times out, or the courier status that never reaches the order page.

What you get

  • Product and catalogue management
  • Payment gateway integration (bKash, Nagad, card)
  • Courier and delivery integration
  • Order and return management
  • Discount and coupon engine

HRM & business management

HR, payroll, attendance and tasks in one place, with real permissions.

A lightweight ERP shaped to how the organisation actually runs. The payroll officer and the department head open the same system and see different things. That is the one thing a shared spreadsheet can never do safely.

What you get

  • Role-based access control
  • Attendance, leave and payroll
  • Task and project management
  • Recruitment and onboarding flow
  • Real-time reporting dashboard

POS & supershop management

Billing, inventory and multi-branch stock on one dashboard.

Single counter shop through to a multi-branch chain. Barcode billing, live stock sync and branch-wise sales reporting. Offline billing means a dropped connection stops the sync, not the till.

What you get

  • Fast billing with barcode support
  • Real-time multi-branch inventory sync
  • Supplier and purchase order management
  • Sales and profit reporting
  • Offline-mode billing

Cloud deployment & infrastructure

Deployment, pipelines, and the capacity planning behind your uptime.

Server setup, pipelines and capacity planning, architected so a rise in traffic is absorbed rather than escalated. Backups and monitoring are provisioned with the system, on the day it launches, rather than added after the first outage proves they were missing.

What you get

  • Automated CI/CD pipeline
  • Load-balanced hosting
  • Daily backup and disaster recovery
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Security hardening

Maintenance & after-sales support

Fixes, updates and security patching against a written response time.

This is what decides whether the other six still work in three years. Bug fixes, feature updates and security patching run on a tiered SLA, so the answer to "how quickly will someone look at this" is a number in a contract rather than a question of who happens to be free that week.

What you get

  • Tiered SLA response times
  • Monthly security patching
  • Feature request pipeline
  • Dedicated support channel
  • Quarterly system health report

Consulting & digital transformation

Legacy systems moved to a modern stack without losing data or a working day.

Written for organisations that cannot simply start again. A ministry, a bank, a university with fifteen years of records in a system nobody supports any more. Migration runs in phases while the old system stays up, so there is always something to fall back to on the day it matters.

What you get

  • Legacy system audit
  • Data migration planning
  • Phased rollout strategy
  • Staff training and onboarding
  • Compliance review

Process

How an engagement runs.

The same six phases every time, so you always know what is happening now and what you get at the end of it.

Week 1–2

Discover

Interview the people who will use it daily. Audit what runs today. Find the real constraint first.

  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Current-system audit
  • Scope document

Each phase ends with something usable and a real option to stop. You keep what is built.

Working together

Practical questions, answered.

Budget, timelines, stacks and IP. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

It depends on surface area and on how much of the build we take on — design only, design plus front-end, or the API and data model as well — so we quote a fixed fee per phase after a discovery call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most projects. You get a written figure before any work starts, and scope changes are re-quoted in writing — no hourly billing, no surprises later.

Usually two to four weeks out. If you have a hard deadline, tell us on the first call — we will say honestly whether we can hit it rather than finding out in week six.

Frequently. We can hand off Figma files and a documented component library, or work directly in your repository alongside your team. Both work; the second one produces fewer surprises.

Vue 3 and Nuxt are our default on the front-end, and we also ship React, Next.js and plain TypeScript component libraries. Behind them: TypeScript on Node, Postgres, and whichever of REST or GraphQL your clients already speak. Styling is usually Tailwind. We are comfortable inside an existing design system and an existing codebase — most of this work is joining one, not starting one.

We work remotely and keep a daily overlap window with your team rather than claiming to cover every hour. Tell us where your standup is and we will say plainly how much of your day we can be live for.

You do. Full IP transfer on final payment, including source files, code and the design system. No licensing, no retainer lock-in on your own assets.

Yes, before the first call if you prefer. We can work under your paper or send ours.

Every engagement has a checkpoint at the end of the first phase. Either side can stop there, and you keep everything produced up to that point.

Next step

Have an idea? We will turn it into a system.

Thirty minutes, no slides. You leave knowing what we would build first and what it costs to run.
