Services

HR, payroll and operations in one system.

HR, payroll, attendance and tasks in one place, with real permissions.

Custom HR & Payroll Software, Bangladesh

A lightweight ERP shaped to the organisation rather than the other way round: attendance, leave and payroll, tasks and projects, recruitment and onboarding, with reporting across all of it.

Role-based access is the core of it. The payroll officer and the department head open the same system and see different things, which is the one thing a shared spreadsheet can never do safely.

It is built for you and handed over with full IP, so there is no per-seat subscription and the data stays where you decide. Public-sector bodies with service records, sanctioned posts and pay scales should read the GovTech pages instead.

What you get

Process

How an engagement runs.

The same six phases every time, so you always know what is happening now and what you get at the end of it.

Week 1–2

Discover

Interview the people who will use it daily. Audit what runs today. Find the real constraint first.

  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Current-system audit
  • Scope document

Each phase ends with something usable and a real option to stop. You keep what is built.

Questions

HRM & business management: questions we get asked.

If yours is not here, ask us directly.

No. It is a custom build scoped to your rules for leave, attendance and pay, so the system follows your policy instead of your staff working around a product. You own the code and the data once it is delivered.

That is the Consulting and Digital Transformation pillar, and it is the most common starting point for larger organisations. The old system keeps running while the new one is populated and tested, and the cutover happens in phases so there is always something to fall back to. We scope data migration as its own piece of work, because it is usually the longest part of the project and almost always the one that gets underestimated.

You do. Full IP transfer on final payment, including source files, code and the design system. No licensing, no retainer lock-in on your own assets.

Launch is step four of six. From go-live the system moves onto a maintenance subscription with a tiered SLA: monthly security patching, bug fixes, a named support channel and a quarterly health report. It is a paid arrangement rather than a goodwill promise, and that is exactly why a response time can be held against it.
